April 4, 2018 in Kiev on Ave. Victory, 26 opened the Smart Plaza Polytech shopping and entertainment center, the architecture of which was taken by projects of such complexes as Zorlu in Istanbul, Tokyo Midtown in Tokyo and ION Orchard in Singapore. Three-level shopping center with a total area of 15,000 square meters. m became part of the eponymous residential complex.

Along with the developed navigation system, advertising is displayed on interactive screens using a remote content management system.
